Shop Policies
Here I will try to answer some common questions, but if you have any query or further question do not hesitate to contact me.
1:Orders
I am a small business and your order is very important to me. Every order is handled by me so your items, personal requests, gift cards etc will not get lost in large packing processes. If an item is in stock I will do our utmost to get it dispatched to you within 3 - 5 working days. If for any reason I am going to take longer I will let you know. All orders are treated with importance and I always work to get them to you in the shortest time possible. If items are being made to order I will always let you know how long they will take to complete.
2:Shipping
I always aim to get your order to you as safely and cost effectively as possible, however we are at the mercy of postage charges. I have tried to keep these to the minimum possible but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a problem with our postage charge. I wrap all our items in beautiful acid free tissue and use earth friendly packaging where ever possible making sure all items reach you in pristine condition.
3:Gift Shipping
Every item I send out is wrapped in our delicate tissue with matching ribbon. We are also able, on request, to post items out as gifts and will include a hand written gift card. Please advise with your order if this is required.
4:Returns
I hope you will be happy with every item you receive, however if there is a reason you wish to return it to me please use our 'contact us' form to make contact and we can then discuss this. If an item should arrive faulty or develop a fault due to its manufacture, we will replace it immediately. Items that have been commissioned or personalised can not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. As always if there is any query just contact me. Thank you.
